Print this little booklet out and cut and arrange into a little pocket booklet.

Then little by little go through each page and answer a few questions.

Build on it until you have at least one answer for each question.

Let it be a living-document where you add to it. Keep reading it over and re-reading it.
Keep adding to it as new insights appear.

Read it when your down so you will remember critical things to take care of yourself.

Read it when your up so you will add more empowering things in critical places.

Remember, recovery doesn't happen over night or from one book or one exercise, let it be a process you work on and give yourself plenty of self-love and self-compassion along the way.
